What this is. FreeContractReviewer.com is a free tool that uses AI to scan a contract you paste in and produce a structured, plain-English risk analysis. It works on NDAs, leases, freelance contracts, employment contracts, service agreements, and most other written contracts.
What this is not. It is not legal advice, and we are not lawyers. Contracts are deeply contextual — what's risky in one situation is fine in another. For high-value or high-risk contracts, talk to a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction.
Why we built it. Most people sign contracts they haven't really read. The legalese is dense, lawyer time is expensive, and the obvious red flags are easy to miss. We think a quick, free, structured second look is better than nothing — and for a lot of small contracts, it's enough.
