Plain-English summary

• We don't store your contract text in a database.
• Your contract is sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) to generate the review.
• We log non-content metadata for debugging (e.g. character count, contract type, risk score) — never the contract text itself.
• We use Google Analytics (with your consent) and Vercel Analytics (cookieless, anonymous) to measure page traffic — never to track contract content.
• We may show ads (Google AdSense). Ads use cookies and similar technologies as described by Google.
• We don't sell your data.

Information we process

Contract text. When you use the reviewer, the contract text you submit is transmitted to Google Gemini for analysis. We do not write the contract text to any database. It exists in transit and in our AI provider's processing pipeline only for the duration of the review.

Server logs. Standard server logs (timestamp, IP address, request size, response code) may be retained by our hosting provider for short periods for operational and security purposes.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages visitors use and how the site performs. Google Analytics sets cookies and may collect your IP address, device information, and pages viewed. We do not send the text of your contract to Google Analytics. See Google's privacy policy for details.

Vercel Web Analytics. We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page visits using an anonymous, cookieless hash that resets every 24 hours. It does not store personal data, set cookies, or fingerprint your device, so it works regardless of your cookie choice.

Your choice. The first time you visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics and advertising cookies. Analytics and ad storage are denied by default using Google Consent Mode v2, and only enabled if you click Accept. Your choice is remembered in your browser; to change it, clear your site data for this domain.

Advertising. If ads are enabled, Google AdSense and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads. Learn more in Google's advertising policies.

Third parties

We use Google Gemini to generate contract reviews, Google Analytics to measure traffic, and we may use Google AdSense to show ads. These services have their own privacy policies. We do not share contract content with advertisers or analytics providers.

Children

This service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change.
